Refund policy

Your right to cancel (change of mind)

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. To cancel, email info@performancepotions.co.uk with your order number. Please let us know as soon as possible. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Condition of returns

Items should be unused, complete and in their original packaging where possible. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled beyond what is needed to inspect it (as you would in a shop), for example a hose or fitting that has been connected and used under pressure.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked service, as returns are your responsibility until they reach us. Some larger items (such as hose reels) may cost more to return.

Items we can't accept for change-of-mind returns

Hose cut to a length you specified (for example feeder hose sold per metre). These are made to your specification. Your rights if they are faulty are not affected.
Sealed items that have been unsealed, where they can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery for damage in transit) with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a return at our cost and offer a repair, replacement or refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving evidence that you've sent them, if that comes first), using your original payment method. For a full-order cancellation, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We don't refund extra cost from choosing Express delivery.

Where to send returns

Please contact us before sending anything back. Some products ship directly from our supplier's warehouse, so we'll confirm the correct returns address for your item.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
