4. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately, including manufacturer, model, thread size, pressure rating and dimensions. Please check compatibility with your equipment before ordering, and contact us if you're unsure. Product images are for illustration. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur.

5. Safe use

Pressure-washing and water-treatment equipment must be used within its stated pressure, temperature and flow ratings, and in line with the manufacturer's instructions. We aren't responsible for loss caused by use outside those ratings or by incorrect installation.

6. Cancellations, returns and faults

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We aren't responsible for business losses (for consumers) or for loss that wasn't foreseeable. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can't legally be limited.

8. Personal data

We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
