Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Dispatch times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Some products, including R+M Suttner hoses, reels, filters and GEKA-type fittings, are sent directly from our specialist supplier by courier. If your order contains both kinds of item, it may arrive in more than one parcel.

Backorder items

Products marked BACKORDER ITEM (3–4 Weeks Delivery) are on order from the manufacturer and are usually delivered within 3–4 weeks. We'll keep you updated, and you may cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

Delivery charges (UK)

• Standard delivery: £5.99, free on orders of £79.99 or more
• Express delivery: £8.99, where offered at checkout
• Specialist courier (supplier-dispatched hoses, reels, filters and fittings): £10.50

The delivery options and charges for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. The free-delivery threshold applies to standard-delivery items.

Products in development

Products marked UNDER DEVELOPMENT / COMING SOON are not for sale. You can register your interest on the product page and we'll email you when they become available.
